These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mate Business Suit Manager app ("the app") on iPhone, iPad and Mac. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. Downloads from the App Store are additionally governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. The service

The app is a productivity tool that helps you plan, track and report on advertising campaigns. Data you enter is stored locally on your device. The app does not place, buy or serve advertising itself, and is not affiliated with any advertising platform.

2. Price

The app is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no paid content and no fees of any kind — inside or outside the app. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future; if we ever do, they will be clearly announced and offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system where required.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional and free. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access to your device. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of advertising regulations that apply to your business.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
• You are solely responsible for the campaign data, budgets and business decisions you make using the app.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding and content are owned by Mate Business Suit Manager and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your campaign data belongs to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reports and metrics in the app are based on the data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only — they do not constitute financial or advertising advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

8. Changes to the app or these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the app or any feature with reasonable notice where practicable.
