Is the app really free? Are there any hidden costs?
Yes — Mate Business Suit Manager is 100% free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no premium tiers and no paid content of any kind. Every feature is available to every user, and nothing purchased outside the app is needed to unlock anything inside it.
Do I need an account? Does creating an account cost anything?
Creating an account is free and optional. The app is local-first: your campaigns and reports are stored on your device, and the app works fully offline. You can also use the built-in demo account to explore the app with sample data.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from your device. Because the app is local-first, deleting the app itself also removes all of its data.
How do I create my first campaign?
Tap Create on the Overview screen to open the five-step campaign wizard. Choose one of 7 objectives (Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, Messages, Sales or App promotion), set your audience, budget and creative, then review and submit. It takes about 60 seconds.
What is the balance shown on the Account tab?
The Account tab shows your ad wallet — available balance, monthly spending cap with a progress bar, and a full transaction history (top-ups, spend, refunds and adjustments). In the current version this data is stored locally on your device, and nothing can be purchased inside the app.
Why don't I see live data from my ad accounts?
The current version works with locally stored campaign data and sample data, so you can plan, track and report on campaigns manually. Connections to external ad platforms may be added in future updates.
How do notifications work?
Daily performance alerts are optional local notifications generated on your device. You can turn them on or off anytime in Settings → Notifications, or in the iOS/macOS system settings. Nothing is sent to a server.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later, and Mac running macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. The app supports Light, Dark and System appearance.
How is my privacy protected?
Your data stays on your device. We do not collect analytics, we do not track you across apps, and we never sell or share your data. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
You can describe the issue in a review on the App Store — we read every report and ship fixes in regular updates.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely — we build the roadmap from user feedback. Share your idea in an App Store review and we will consider it for an upcoming release.
