Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Mate Business Suit Manager ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information when you use the app on iPhone, iPad or Mac. The short version: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, track, sell or share your personal data.

1. Data we collect

None. The app is local-first:

  • Campaigns, budgets, reports, settings and profile details you enter are stored only on your device.
  • We operate no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
  • We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
  • The app works fully offline; no account or network connection is required to use it.

2. Accounts

Creating an account in the app is free and optional. Account details are stored locally on your device. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deleting the app from your device also removes all data the app stored.

3. Notifications

Daily performance alerts are optional local notifications scheduled entirely on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us or to any third party. You can disable them at any time in the app's Settings or in your device's system settings.

4. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your personal data with anyone — because we never receive it in the first place.

5. Children's privacy

The app is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. Since we collect no data, we also collect no data from children.

6. Your rights

Because all data lives on your device, you are always in full control: you can view, edit, export (share as image) or delete your data directly in the app. For questions about your rights under GDPR, CCPA or similar regulations, see our Support Center.

7. Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security (device passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS/macOS sandboxing). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data (for example, adding optional online features), we will update this policy and note the new "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
